Adaptive assessments are designed to challenge students. High-achieving students can be challenged by more difficult questions, while students who are slightly below the average are
encouraged to continue moving forward by answering questions at or slightly above their current achievement level. Our solution will discuss the algorithmic approach and challenges to achieve it. Apart from the algorithm, the solution will not be complete without the entire system architecture to manage the data, secure the information, and making it available for the end-user.
